Does anyone know if there would be ill effects when running 101 octane for a long period of time?

Damage, (Well, car engine that is! The wallet hurts after shelling out $5.49 a gallon for 101)

I think it will burn way to hot for your cat. Also I don't think you are running enough compression in your Subby to use 101, you are probably around 8.5:1. I think to run 101 you need to be at least 10.5:1 or more. If it were mine I wouldn't even try it.

Well, we have been running the 101 for about 2 weeks now and the car feels like a freaking rocket with it!

I was told that the car can pick up anywhere between 15-20 WHP from the 101 advancing timing a bunch!

As for the CAT`s, well, there used to be 4 on the car, now there are NONE!
