No passenger side airbag light???

Ok, I have looked in the manual and online and can not see where an 06 charger Daytona if that even matters has a completely blacked out piece next to the hazards. Shined flashlight to make sure it wasn't hidden but no lights come on when starting car or if I sit my small child there with it just running or even light groceries. What could this mean? I'm new to the charger and this worries me. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks!
