I just purchased a 2012 Police Charger w/ 5.7 Hemi. I’m a newbie to the Charger World and to this forum. I’m looking to make some modifications to this vehicle and hope some of you can offer assistance to make sure I do things right. Glad to be a part of this group.

Interlock Solenoid

The interlock solenoid clicks when pressing the brake in park. Once in drive, it clicks when taking off and when coming to a stop. Because I have a police package car, the solenoid is located in the steering column, because the gear selector is on the column. How big of a job is it to replace this solenoid.

Current Photos as of 4/12/2018

This is how the car looks today. A-pillar spotlight hole repaired... Tinted windows... Console added... Hellcat spoiler installed

What did you do with the spotlight? Want to sell it cheap? I've kept mine as I've used it many times for different reasons. Kinda handy! Awesome job on the center console. How did you wire the lights up?

Thanks. I've still got it. Not sure what I'm going to do with it at this point. Hooking the lights up wasn't that difficult. I used a test light to find which lead was hot when the lights came on, as well as adjusted with the dimmer switch. Once I had that lead, I connected the various lights within the console to that wire. I also had to wire an additional accessory plug, because the console had three, whereas the original police plate that was in it only had two. This was easy. The console I got from the wrecked Charger already had the three with it and I used one of the ones I had from the plate and wired it from one of the leads already in the console I installed. The connector for the USB and Accessory Jack plugged in, just as the old plate did. Everything works.

You install that spoiler your self? How do you like it? I've seen them with the wicker bill deal and they kinda are growing on me. Along with wrapping the rear trunk face black as well. Not sure yet.

Love it, and yes, I installed it myself in a few minutes. Purchased from Amazon.com, already painted the color of the car for $99, shipping included. Drilled 3 holes with template provided. Very easy and I like the way it turned out.

Nice Pursuit Charger looks to be a prior NC Highway Patrol unit. I'm partial to silver not saying why or anything lol.
