I bought a 2007 dodge charger sxt police model and it did not come with any of the remotes.
How can I discover if this car comes with remote start? The dealer says that it has keyless entry but I don't believe that includes remote start. Can anyone clarify where remote start would be listed if it had it?

Probably would have to do a vin decode on it. I doubt it would have remote start, being a police package and all.

I finally found a dealer (yesterday) that gave a crap about what I was asking and they determined that it CAN have remote start but the package for it isn't manufactured anymore and it does not come from the factory with such an option so I am out of luck there.

I also found out for this particular car there is a fob only option for it and not a keyfob but it costs more (than a keyfob) and to get one will cost me $291 per fob I get because this is a specialized vehicle.
