You need to tell us what state. Also if you google the state your going to search DMV of that state.
im confused, emissions test?

Why would u have to remove the fog lights? So confused.
come on guys, if you see where he posted this it would be either Hawaii or Alaska.

but for hawaii if you are looking to only get a safety check done (all you need for registration), then maybe you can get away with the airbags, just set it at the highest setting or something near stock height. foglights do not need to be removed, I dont see why they would be illegal. some places will hassle you for the wheels being oversized, exhaust (if you have one), tinted lights, and window tint will have to be 35% or so. oh and the suicide door im not sure of, but i dont think they would be a problem, only if you were trying to get a reconstruction permit. but thats a whole different story.

hey thanks bro... yeah i know i should have said hawaii but not to be rude but soemtimes people should read what part of the forum the topic is under.....so in other words im not going to need a reconstruction permit to register it? if not that is cool.... but on the suicides no airbags or bracing inside the doors were removed...so i dont think it should be a problem either.... thanks for the info and if anyone else has any info that would be great, thanks
I think you will probably be ok to get inspected and registered. However, you might want to look into a recon tag to. If you do ever get pulled over and you car is sitting low and you do not have that tag you can get fined.

Also so in terms of Recon what trim is your charger. 22.s on a SRT and a daytona & Road & Track will fly but rims over 2" form stock size need a recon. Would have to be a really pain cop to nail you for it but they cook if they knew or were just unsure.
