Just bought a black R/T . The dealer sold me a rear spoiler as I asked. Now he just called and said that the spoiler only comes in flat balck off the Daytona. i've seen a few pics on this site of balck cars with teh spoiler and they look like painted versions to me.
If the dealer is incorrect can anyone tell me the part number or any other info about this? something sounds wrong.

It does come in Flat Black only. (Technically) You can ask the dealer to paint to match the car if you'd like. (Adds to the cost bu that's it.)

Most of those add ons come ready to paint, you probably want to take it to a body shop, have them pull your paint code and have them paint and install it.

It does. Dealer wants $495 installed without painting it. Should I negotiate a cheaper price for the part and installation and then bring it to a body shop for paint?

I would call a local body shop and get an idea on how much they would charge to paint and install it. How much is the spoiler by itself?
