I have a 06 SXT 3.5L Charger. I'm having an issue with the front end of the car. Whenever I turn left it sounds like brake is grinding on the rotor. We have changed the pads and still no help. I took it to the shop and they changed the master cylinder saying that was the problem ( NOT).

I'm leaning toward changing the rotors next and putting new pads on again. Looking for any help... Has anyone else had this issue??

Thanks in advance

Did you take it to a Dealer?

Grinding on turning usually means brake pads (which you have done) or other front end components that aren't brake related.

It's possible that it's something in the wheel bearing or hub assembly that is causing the noise.

Certainly, the Master Cylinder is not (and cannot be) related to the noise and any shop that would select that as a root cause is completely suspect in their diagnostic capability.

It is a rotational noise and only appears on left turns. No sane or reputable shop would suggest a Master Cylinder as the cause.

I'd be looking past the brakes for the cause...and looking for a new shop.
