I have a 2011 SE. I purchased a full front suspension replacement kit. When i was installing the tension strut on the passenger side i noticed that theres a difference in the bushings that the strut mounts to. (See picture). Should i just use washers as a spacer or is this going to be a problem as it is.

I would definitely return the kit (which may be a hassle), or I'd just order the correct replacement part. The component that the bottom of the shock attaches to is the lower rearward control arm. If I am not mistaken, the tension strut is the angled piece on the right side of your picture.

That is definitely not the correct part. Like the other guy mentioned, return that part. It should full fit in there.

I ordered the correct parts now from Rockauto. I will never use partsgeek ever again. Even the tierod ends were so poorly threaded that they are paperweights. Their return policy is that if any part has been installed then there is no refund. I have seen crappy chinese parts before and these are by far the worst. I appreciate the replies though. Thank you.

Well my whole front end has been changed out and shit STILL clunks! Fml lol
