2014 RT plus have chrome skins on 18" wheels, want black, all I can find is for 17". what's the deal?

There isn't any deal, it's what's available.

You can always paint, Plasti-dip or wrap them to get the look you want.

Belle tire has these in a 18x8 and 20x9 both listed for a 2014 charger RT

I think I am getting them for mine this spring
