I have a 2007 5.7hemi charger. I have a chance to buy a 2006 V-6 charger. Both are police cars.
Will the tranny, rear diff, radiator, and electronics fit my v8 car ??
If I can use a lot of parts off the 06 charger I will by it. The 06 has a blown v-6 motor.

All will fit but won't necessarily be appropriate/compatible for the V8.

Radiator will be different, rear will be different, tranny will likely be the same (if NAG1) but converter stall may be different, PCM will be different, FCM should be generally the same, etc.

What parts do you think you need from it?

IMO ,I wouldnt waste my time.far as I know the 06 has a NGC3 contoller(PCM) & the 07 is a NGC4.So the wiring would B differant,The gear ratio from the 3.5 is different then the Hemi,the tranny might have a different bolt pattern(not-sure),so I think you would be better find 07-10 Hemi instead.

wow,they look identical, but I guess body, interior and glass will be the only useable parts. Even the rims are a different size. I figured it would be handy to have a parts car, but the fellow wants $1,200 for it. Theres no dought that the car was driven into the ground " Ex police with blown motor". Maybe the suspension is all out of wack,...cant even test drive it. Could have all sorts of issues. I think I will pass on this deal.

Thats a good idea.See if you can find what you have,then it will be a easy swap,good luck
