I've seen one other post regarding an issue with the center console multi-media hub where the system just jumps around (or in my case, constantly hits a specific spot on the upper left screen - AM button location) and causes havoc not just on the radio settings, but calls, settings and all other screens.

I considered a soft reboot of the UConnect screen, then a hard reset or swapping fuses, etc before breaking down and having a dealer lookin into it.

Anyone else have this issue and were able to find a solution?

A search would have given you the answer "yes". It's common on '17s and '18s, the screen is delaminating. Unless you've got an extended warranty, Dodge won't help you unless you pay them even though they know it's an issue.

@DodgeCares has helped some folks, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
