SRTs have an oil cooler in them from the factory. It's located above the oil filter. It uses the coolant to keep the oil cooled. Any oil temps you are seeing are normal. I've seen mine get as high as 260* with some spirited driving. Just make sure you are using a good oil that can withstand the abuse. I also installed a 180* thermostat in my car to help keep both the coolant and oil temps down.

does mopar make an oil cooler for a 2014 charger SRT with a t-stat built in? Part number?

My oil temps are getting high under heavy driving.
Instead of using mechanical means to deal with the heat, get a better oil to dissipate the heat faster and maintain better integrity...QB.

We can make you some oil with 200 degree higher integrity than what you are using and add more phosphorous....anti-wear compounds....in your oil.

Larger molecule that maintains it's covalency better than the small molecule PAO's This alone will help your situation.

30% of your heat is taken away by your engine oil!;)

Brian

ThAnks. I will just monitor.

Brian, with all respect, you've replied to many of my posts offering to sell me oil. At some point there is a limit and I think you've crossed it.
Apologize! Just know what we can do for you compared to what you are using.

Regards,
Brian
