I'm looking to get air intake and Diablo chip
And I would like to maximize my hp with cold air intake which cai out the for 3.6 l has the most hp gain.....

Do not expect to gain much from a CAI on the 3.6L. The most the 5.7L get is around 5 rwhp if that. IMO you should get the one that is the most cost effective and looks good. Now the Diablo Intune for the Pentastar works fairly well. It advertises 15 rwhp/20 lb-ft running the 93 octane tune.

The Diablo tuner won't actually give you much more than a few horsepower, but it does change the way the car drives, and I believe it is worth every penny!

Best mods for the V6 are a CAI (don't get one that uses oiled filters, the new dry ones work much better) real dual exhausts (cat back system) and a Diablo tuner
