I have the 8.4 system in my 2014 Charger RT and I love it, but it does have one annoying habit: every so oftern it will interupt whatever I'm listening to on the radio to tell me that I'm "saving 10 minutes by avoiding various traffic incidents". Sometimes it will do this when the audio is off completely. Anyone know how to make it stop?

First of all, I just wanted to let you know that there are separate threads on here for the 2011 - 2014 Chargers.

I will have to check the settings, but there should be something you can change to have it not do that!

There is definitely a setting. I fumbled my way through a lot of settings to find what turned it off. It drove me crazy! I think it may have been under nav settings. Possibly in the same screen to turn on/off 3D map view. I'll try to check out the settings so I can be more helpful.

Mine did the same thing. With no route planned it would tell me it was saving ten minutes... Then it just stopped doing it.

Check in setting for something like track my route or maybe something like that. It only did it occasionally when I drove home from work.

Ok think I found it. Go to the nav screen-->navigation-->myTrends. Disable this and it should stop.
