That would be the upper price in my opinion if it's in good condition. Unseen I would say 4500.

I would try to talk him down to 4500 and it has a cool air intake installed along with a tune on it

That shouldn't matter at all.

I sold my 2006 R/T R&T to Carmax for $2,000 in February. It had 150k miles but was in great shape outside some surface rust in the rear quarters. I changed sway bar bushing on it probably 5 times (usually did it when I swapped winter to summer wheels or vice versa). Also did tension struts 4 times, upper control arms twice... inner and outer tie rods I think 3 times.

The crazy thing is in March, 2019 they offered me $4,000 when it had I think 138k miles. When I finally found my replacement car in February, 2020 they offered only $2,000. I knew that 2019 offer was really good was hoping to get a $2,750 offer at least.

It had a full Challenger SRT suspension from a 2010. I'm sure some dealer bought it at wholesale for $2,700 and resold it for $3,999.

If this is private party you should get then down to $4,000 but hell if it is really nice and you like it $5,000 isn't that nuts. I tell you you couldn't take $5,000 and find a nicer car than my 2006 :cautious:
