Can you setup a sticky message? One that is always at the top of the board? That way we don't get tons of repeat messages. I'm thinking the standard "search is your friend" and answers to the common questions like "the charger on the website looks like a Daytona..".
Not trying to be mean, everyone is new at some point. I've seen this on many other boards and it helps.
