Mopar Online parts lists two master cylinders for 2006 - one with traction control and one without traction control. The part # on the old master cylinder should match one of the master cylinders listed on Mopar Online. Knowing the stock OEM part # should help in cross-referencing to an aftermarket part.

Sounds like the perfect opportunity to upgrade to the SRT8 master cylinder! I've done it to my 2010 R/T and can confirm that the SRT8 one is a direct bolt-on.
