I have a 2014 SXT Plus Blacktop edition charger and I'm interested in adding an exhaust. I'm not looking for an extremely loud noise but I do want something heavy when I accelerate. (I don't want a loud noise ALL the time while I am driving) Which exhaust and model do you guys recommend? Any videos?

Flowmaster's are a little cheaper from a price point, and they definitely aren't lacking. Maybe pick up a Force II setup? Quiet when you want it to be but loud when you get on it. I have the American Thunder setup and love the sound, but it is loud. Force II is the same thing except they have smaller mufflers near the tips.

I also just put the American Thunder system on my 2014 R/T and its great. It sounds good and I dont think its to loud but you know its there for sure.

The V6 doesn't sound good with a loud exhaust, and nothing you can do will make it sound like a V-8, period. It will just go BBBLLLLAAAAGGGGHHHH and eventually you'll end up in a straight jacket in a nicely padded room.

Since you have the Blacktop Edition it should already have the true dual exhaust set up on it--you could try having the little skinny mufflers replaced with straight pipes, but I'd leave the resonators on, unless you really want to try out that straight jacket.....

A good way to get some great sound is by installing a Cold Air Intake...sounds great at WOT.

Go to the Flowmaster site and watch the videos of what an R/T with a V8 sounds like..it's pretty good. Then listen to their similar system for the V6 - sounds like a giant fart can.

I agree. There's simply no way to make a V6 sound decent.
