To lower the rear end you would need to replace the Nivomat(load leveling) shocks you have back there. The fronts are not load leveling.
IMO, it would be a step back in performance to replace the rears with the standard RT shocks.
I'm a big proponent of throwing on a set of SRT take off suspensions. Cheap, a huge increase in handeling, and a nice little drop.
I have a '06 RT R&T and I always hated the stance. To me it seemed the front looked to sit juuuuuust slightly higher than the rears.
I threw on a set of SRT take offs and it sits perfect now.
She dropped about 3/4" or so, and now she has a nice slight raked look
