I recently cycled power by disconnecting my battery for about 30 minutes or so to clear a bogus code.
Following reconnect, I have not been able to turn my fog lights on without the headlight switch being engaged to ON.
They no longer work with the headlamp switch in the Auto mode.
I cant find anything that can explain why or that can help me return this to original setup.
Any pointers aside from taking it to the dealer?

This may be asking the obvious, but are your high beams on? The fog lights won't come on with high beams.
