My truck might be sold this week so in prep for that i'm going to need to get winter rims and tires for my whip. I'm in Alberta and last year my buddy tried to go through winter in his 300C SRT8 on F1's. Didn't work so well, considering i had to push him into my driveway i won't have the luxury of someone doing that for me everytime i want to park. I've looked at Tirerack and they got some really good prices on a 19" pkg so i might go that route but the shipping to Canada can suck sometimes. Any one else got ideas or even maybe go with rims from one place and tires at another if the shipping works out.

THat is a tough one. Have you tried 1010 Tires to see if they are any cheaper?

F1s under 40 degrees is a no no for sure

I did this last year....with the 19" setup. It wasn't too bad coming across the border. The rims and Pirellis Scorps I got worked amazingly well last winter.

Glad I did that setup as I do quite a bit of highway driving and didn't want to sacrifice my dry driving with a narrower tire during the winter.
