Just purchased the lifetime Max Care extended warranty yesterday. Went to the Dodge website and entered in my VIN and last name to see details and show two different contract numbers.
One is labeled as Base ID Theft Option and the other is the Lifetime Max Care plan.
What is the BASE ID THEFT OPTION? Seems this is expiring a year from sign up.
Is it normal for the liftime Max Care option to show expiring on 1991-11-28 or 999999 miles? Seems like they would have some year far out in advance instead of listing 1991.
