That looks cool! If the front end of this new Charger is somewhat similar, that'll be a good looking car. :D
From what I can discern from the spy pics and things I've read, all of the big 3 have asked Nascar for leeway in their new designs. I doubt the front end's gonna be as sleek as that. I think the grille shape is correct, but it needs to be raised up into the spot between the headlights. I also think the headlight decals and that grille shape are the only things that are going to look like the new charger.

Its a good thing they don't call it stock car racing anymore.

Uum.... I don't think the pictures loaded up onto the internet from your computer right cause all I see are 3 red X's where pictures are supposed to be. Give us the link to them so we can go to the site and see them for ourselves.

Oh well, so much for that being the Avenger. Beau? and Luke Duke. Are they afraid of Warner Bros. copyright infringement here?

I still think it will look good in dog dish as a cop car/ghost car. Best Mopar sedan since the Diplomat (well for me since the 78 Dodge Monaco). Although the 2dr Dodge Magnums and Chrysler 300s until 1979 were great too. Why does it feel like it's 1979 all over again?

Yes, it could still be the Avenger. I can't wait until the January car show to know ('anyone know the date of the car show?).

Also in the show Bo's name was referenced to be short for Beau·re·gard so it is possible that it is accurate to say Beau or Bo but who the hell knows him as Beau; no one. The idea of printing that was too nerdy but I still think Warner would or could have sued the publisher for failure to obtain proper licensing to use a statement that connects to their show (if "Bo and Luke Duke" was paraphrased). They actually even say to General Lee replica owners that they can show their cars at shows as long as they don't charge admission or collect any profits from the exhibition.

Also, coincidentally, there was a historic American named Beauregard, Pierre Gustave Toutant (1818-1893). He was an American Confederate general known for his flamboyant personal style and dashing but not always successful strategic campaigns. He ordered the bombardment of Fort Sumter in April 1861. It says its from Motor Trend 2005 Issue, so those pics are taken from a magazine that should hit the stands really soon....im positive its the charger, with the dukes of hazzard references. Why would motor trend put in another car?? Sadly, thats the car we been waiting for the last 6 years!

This thread is funny in retrospect. The avenger? LOL Guess most of these dudes weren't too happy as they aren't exactly current regulars with their tiny post counts.

Beau Duke? :D

It is weird. I doubt they are here. It sounds like they mostly hate our cars. Probably wanted something more along the lines of the Chally.
