Last night problem. How easy is it to replace the rear door?

Quite right. There is nothing special about the door itself from any trim level between '06-'10.

Looks like there's some more damage to the car than just the door. You should get a shop to take a look at it to see if there is any structural damage and get some estimates at least to just see what it would cost to get it fixed for real.

You don't need to replace the quarter panel. Only the 'dogleg" is damaged. it can be straightened, filled and repainted to be as good as new.
