Have they stated the seller's Ebay name yet?

Would Ebay be obligated to remove all items this person had for sale?

Have the police confiscated all of the items?

Very interesting. Always wondered this about "too good to be true" Ebay sales. :neutral:

I think that eBay would have removed the listing long before it appearred on the news. The listing for the decals is still on eBay.

I know who I think it is. He had a ton of stuff, mainly all audio and video. His store on E-bay is still there, but all items for sale have been removed. Plus, his profile gave quite a bit of personal info. His hometown is the same.

Just not sure how much trouble it could cause me since he has not been convicted of anything..yet. Don't need the extra trouble.
