The day started off great, I had left court to find a voice mail on my phone from the dealer saying that my Daytona had arrived. I get to the dealer, license plates and check ready to go. I finalize all the paper work, find out I am getting a $500 rebate (which I didn't know about), then he says to me "I have some bad news. Your car tripped a code" Ok no prob it happens sometimes right? So I get a good lunch from the dealer. I come back no car sitting out front ready and raring to go. Then I am told that the body control module is defective, on back order and may take 7-10 days to get. They were going to let me take the car with the light on but there was the slight problem that the car would not shift out of first gear.

that is a sad, sad story brother.....we are all feeling it for you...seriously that sucks big time. on the positive side, at least it didn't abandon you anywhere....you may have had a bad taste about the charger forever - so it's kind of a good thing they caught it before you did.
