JBA shorty headers 3.5

Hey guys long time since I been on here. So currently my 3.5 has Diablosport Intune, AEM Brute Force CAI, Magnaflow dual catback exhaust. Now I am wanting the JBA shorties to pretty much finish off my 3.5 mods that I can really do without forced induction. My questions I have are they straight bolt on headers? I have read ceramic are the best ones as far as coating, because it holds heat better. Is that true? All inputs would be awesome! I can't remember where I read this, but awhile back I read something about if you put headers on you should order some kind of part from Dodge thats better than stock? I can't remember exactly what the person was talking about, anyone have a clue what I am talking about?
