I am having a problem with one company Dealer for Dodge .. The reason I have recall on my car .. The Dealer refuses to replace it. Do you have an email to the complaints department of the company,Dodge or email anyone can help me .. FYI the car out of the warranty

SE model
Issue :-door handle recall & airbag recall

First, Recalls are not covered under the warranty, so that is not an issue.
What do you want replaced, the parts under the recall or the car?
Did you receive a recall notice for your car from Dodge or just feel that since it is a 2011 it is included? Generally you need to confirm the VIN Number is included in the recall.

Have you tried another dealer?

What EXACTLY does the dealer tell you when you ask for the recall repair to be done?

thanks for replay . i received email. and i checked dodge website , found that my car have issue with airbag and door handle thats not working till today....tried another dealer he said same think, dodge stopped doing recall fix for free.. i just need email to conform this information with dodge complaint department if they have

Sir.. its safet recall as i received it title :-
1-SAFETY RECALL M10 / NHTSA 12V-197
ABS/ESC WIRING
2- cant find the paper but its say RECALL N07 (not sure about number)

ihave the numbers now and the emails for them. now i am write nice emails to see whats going on.. thanks all
