Ok so I'm finding out baptism under fire that buying snow tires in late November borders on insane.

Once tires are gone, they are gone.

Is anyone running the stock size 17 inch rims with a snow tire package ? Seems to be more to choose from at a lot lower price as well

if your car isn't an R/T you're fine. you can't run stock 17's on the front due to the larger brake rotors on the front of V8 and police cars.

there was a member that had 17's on an R/T, but they had to be spaced out with a spacer a bit to clear the front calipers.

Sorry. I have SRT repro 20s for 3 seasons and go back to my stock R/T 18s for my snows.
