Finally got around to install it today and man it was worth it. It looks 100 times better than when it was crammed next to my intake, and the hoses look way cleaner and not touching anything. ALSO its much easier to unscrew the bottom off to clean it out so overall great product. Ok im done now here's a pic of it.

Look good there, yeah it's a pain to unscrew it up front.

Can the engine cover still be put back on after the "catch can" fusebox install?

Some people have done it, yes, but it takes some creative running of the hoses ... I've seen them come out by the EGR tube, but that gets hot, so unless it's removed, I wouldn't use that spot ... after it's removed, you can use more BT stuff to plug up the holes, by installing their EGR delete kit :D

I'd just leave the cover off, it's only a heat trap anyway (eve though you'll be hearing the buzzing PCV valve now)

Correct ..... 08+ cars have a redesigned fuse box which no longer has those same 2 screws there anymore ...
