Still get map not compatible. is there a way to delete the current files in navigation without resetting the CPT 13 I am already on?

I don't know. I have a CTP12 unit so I don't use the CTP13 process. Hopefully a member with a CTP13 unit can help. The ASR files/directory question I could answer because these are common for both CTP12 and CTP13 maps.

Yes, that would be great. I honestly still havent got it working yet. Its been a pain for sure.

Managed to get 2023.10 working with the same method.
But still get the 'can't unlock map' message when first turned on.

Bought a 3590MT. installed express and updated the maps to 2023.20. However, I cannot find any .ASR or . SRX files under .system\ASR folder.

Below, please see what I have in ASR folder.
Any idea?
