How to know if a 2012 Dodge Charger has 8 speed or 5 speed transmission?

Hi, I'm new here so I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong section, I want to buy a 2012 Dodge Charger, since I live in Iraq there are no "official" dealers or any conventional dealers of any kind, so I want to know how to differentiate between the 8 speed and 5 speed transmission because I want an 8 speed version of the car with the v6 engine, I know that the SXT has the 8 speed as a standard and the SE has it as an option with the 5 speed as a standard, due to a bit rarity of Chargers here I might not have the option to get an SXT, so if someone tells me how to differentiate that would be great, thanks in advance :)

You can tell by the shifter, the 8-speed has that stubby little one with barely any range of motion and the 5-speed looks like your average shifter with the normal range of motion and all the slots.
