I have a 2012 Charger. My house is covered with trees so whenever I am parked, I'm under a crab apple tree. The crab apples nail my car every night, leaving red spots the size of a quarter all over my paint. It doesn't wipe off either, you literally have to scrub each spot for 1 minute to get it completely off. I've spend hours just cleaning the spots off.

What can I use to clean them off easier? I've tried tar and bug remover but that doesn't make a difference. I usually clean my car with Optimum no rinse wash and wax but that doesn't make a difference either.

Clay bar, but it's not something you can use on a regular basis. Short of cutting down the tree or finding a different place to park, I don't have a solution for you to use on a daily basis. You're going to eventually ruin your paint.

First, try WASHING your car correctly. You ain't doing it any better justice using that ONR and I can just imagine what your car's paint would look like if I gave it the flash test. Clay will remove that stuff from your paint a LOT easier than anything you've tried thus far. Next a SEALANT and a WAX is your new BEST friend. You need them both but you need to learn how they are applied. Then you won't have a hard time removing that stuff if you address it on a daily bases and not allow the sun to bake it into your paint.

Your learning curve starts here. You have a lot to learn about just what it takes to properly maintain your paint.

Using consumer grade clay DOES NOT remove any layer of paint or clear coat so it can be used every day if necessary, but is not how it is normally used. It is the polishing or compound that you may have to do after claying (depending on how hard you clay), that removes clear coat or paint. Consumer grade clay doesn't remove anything but impurities on the paint.
