If you already have the 8.4 screen, All you need to do is swap your RE2 radio with an RB5. Cost can be anywhere from $100 to $2000 depending on if you want new or used and how patient you are with watching for cheap radios to crop up. They go fast, so it's hard to,catch a cheap one.
