I just took home our new 2014 Charger R/T it has the 8.4 screen without Nav or Camera. We would like to add both, what is needed and how do I go about this. Thank you all in advance, my first Charger!

The camera might be really easy - the car may already be pre-wir d for the camera. You can pull down the trunk lid liner and see if there is an extra gray connector near the center brake light. If it's there, you can buy a $200 kit to add the factory camera, then make a trip,to the dealership to turn it on.

The Nav upgrade is just as easy to do - but it can expensive upgrade. You can buy a new RB5 radio from a dealership that is willing to sell one, or you can look for a salvaged one. I've heard of an Ebay seller that will sell them a bit cheaper if you turn in your old radio as a core. The prices vary wildly, I've seen them as low as $125 and as high as $1600.

Once you get the RB5, it takes ten minutes to swap the radios, and it'll work right off the bat.

Thanks for the help guys, whenclosure I look for a RB5 it needs to come with screen and brain? How do I tell which one I have? Thanks

The RB5 is the radio that lives behind the climate control panel. The screen is a separate part. If you've already got the 8.4 screen, you just need to swap your existing RE2 radio for the RB5.

Yes i have the screen so I will keep my eye out for the RB5. Is the RB5 a direct plug in? I will have Nav?

If you buy a used RB5 that is newer than 2013 you'll need to get an unlock code from a dealership's parts department, but other than that, it's plug-and-play, assuming you have the puck antenna on your roof.
