How Hard is it to replace the rotors on a 2006 3.5 Charger, would like to do it myself, I did my Dodge Interpid now i would like to do my Dodge Charger 3.5. anything difficult I need to know?

It is very easy. If you have changed out a rotor before you should be fine.

They are extremely easy. I just did all four three days ago. Lol
