I just cant figure it out, I have been playing around with it for about 30 mins and getting p****d off. Please help. :angry:

It would appear that you've figured it out, but just in case:

User CP -> Edit Signature -> Insert Image button -> URL to image -> Save Sig

You have to have a URL to the image, you can't just directly embed it into your sig.
