I just replaced entire front suspension on my 2007 dodge charger including hubs and brakes. First 10 miles were quiet but now it's making a high pitch noise when driving randomly but when I tap the brakes it stops. Keep on going and with in a few seconds it will start again varying in loudness.

What in gods name is causing this? I torqued the wheel hub nut to spec.

It's not affecting braking at all

No change in sound, but now the more I drive it gets more frequent and braking will sometimes make it stop

I'm doubting it's from that, I have never done the brake bed procedure on any car I've ever owned, I just brake softly for the first 300 miles or so after a brake change and have never heard a sound like the OP is discribing
