The JBA high flow cats are an awsome mod. You Definetely can feel the difference(I didnt feel squat when I installed the catback which I did first).
Performance wise, its a much better option than the catback, especially since you have the R&T pkg which comes with the high flow exhaust.
The cats dont really make the exhaust louder, but deeper and more grumbly
