2006 R/T 191xxx miles
When I got to work this morning I sit in it for a couple minutes on my phone and this morning it was gurgling and it sounded like it was coming from the coolant tank, I’ve read some different posts saying it’s just air stuck because lack of coolant. Just wanted to get any other possibilities.

Check coolant level to make sure it's at the proper level. The coolant tank pressure cap may need replacing ... especially if it's the original cap.
