Me too! Going to get the rear calipers in spring. I’ve dropped a lot of coin for my car recently and haven’t even started Xmas shopping.

What’s green fade exactly mean? Lol. I’m retarded.
"Green Fade" happens when you bed in a set of new brake pads.. lots of repeated stops from 40- to 5 mph to get them hot enough stink like Sasquatch and the car doesn't want to stop. It is done to properly "cure" the new pads by burning off the excess gases released by the binding goop that holds them together. Properly bedded pads stop great, improperly bedded pads don't stop worth a damn.

Did the same upgrade on a 2017 SXT Rallye AWD. Using the powerstop bedding procedure wasn't enough. Had to do more aggressive braking from 100kmph to 5.

Also the rear pads don't cover either edge of the rotors, so you can see untouched portions on both top and bottom.

A set of Performance Friction Carbon-Metallic pads will cure that problem- the pad material goes all the way to the edge, it is not cut off 1/4" short like all the other pads

Checked the brakes again, the splash guards look like they can't touch the rotors. But the inside brake pads are touching the rotors, unlike the outside ones, that have some visible space between the rotor and pad.

Check the guide pins: the caliper moves in-out on these and if they are not properly lubed or slightly bent, the caliper can get stuck. You should have an equal amount of space (VERY small) between the pad & rotor on both inner and outer pads.

So I checked the brakes again. The pads on the outside definitely had more space than the inside pads, on both front brakes. I wanted to take the caliper off today and check but wasn't sure how to push the pistons in so didn't attempt it.
I tried moving the caliper to see if there was space and it didn't move much.

I've been driving it around past 2 weeks like this and everything feels fine, but I do want to fix this. The screeching is all gone though.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since I'm a newbie.

P.S. Please ignore the horrendous paint job on the calipers, I tried using the Dupli-Color Caliper Paint Kit that comes with a paint brush and it didn't go too well :( . I intend to refinish them when I get new rims.

I found your problem and the source of the screeching noise. The two bolts that hold the caliper carrier to the knuckle are TOO LONG and are rubbing on the back side of the rotor, The sound went away because the bolts ground down, but you may have ruined the rotor in the process. You need to take the bolts out and cut or grind about 1/8" off the end or put a washer under the head (easiest way). The bolts being too long may also have prevented the rotor from seating fully on the spindle. When you remove the calipers/carriers to shorten the bolts, check the back side of the rotor for groves where the bolts rubbed.

I checked the brake calipers and it looks like the bolts clear the rotors okay. The angle of the previous image made it look like it didn't. My bad.
I did look at my caliper clips again and since I had 2 sets (one came with the calipers and one with the pads), I switched to the ones from the pads which looked exactly same but the screech is now gone. Cheers guys! Thank you Krautmaster for your help.
