Nope, no updates. The Gracenote update would be a huge download, a couple of GB in size. As far as I know, there has not been an official update ever released on these cars.
It's possible to pull the database out of a newer car and use the files to update an older radio via a USB stick, but it's not trivial to pull those files out, as it involves soldering...
