GPS nav voice

I've noticed a problem with the voice that gives you directions if you have the nav system... the volume of the voice sometimes is appropriate and sometimes it too low to hear. In between I made no changes to the set up?
I've also noticed a crackleing noise just when the voice interupts the radio...
anyone else seen this??

nope.. my nav does not do this.. I would take it to the dealer.
