Hope they fit! They look too big lol

225/60 18 Winter Force from Tire Rack with the Tire Rack Police Steel wheels. They make my 245/45 20's look small

Having them put on in the morning by a local garage

According to this tire size calculator the 225/60/18 should have a diameter of 28.6" while the 245/45/20 should have a diameter of 28.7"

http://tire-size-conversion.com/tire-size-comparison/

So they should actualy be a smidge smaller.

Could be due to the fact that they are new and have full tread and also are not under load while the other tires are worn a bit and under load?

The have a taller sidewall so maybe that's why it looks like the won't fit...eyeballing at least. Its an oem size....maybe the low profile of the 20's is an optical illusion

Ok tires put on this morning and the fit fine....

One pleasant surprise is that it appears that the steelies you get in the winter package from the Tire Rack are OEM for a much lower price (107 apiece) vs the dealer (200)

I'll probably shell out some $$ for the lugs and dog dishes as I think they complete the look. In fact I may even get a second set of steelies and run my summer setup on them

I tired finding this tire wheel combo on the website and couldn't find it. Am I looking in the wrong spot or something?

Actually, you are right, a little difficult to find the combo!

I looked for the tires first, then it gave me an option to add the wheels!

The tires are listing for $107 each and the wheels are listing for $107 each!

Here are the descriptions:

Yeah unless you do things in the right sequence, getting the right options is difficult

On the home page make sure you choose winter/wheel packages.

Can't beat the price for the wheels especially since I've discovered they are OEM

Be sure to come back after winter/snow use and report how they worked for you.

Did you get them with or without Tpms? If without what type of warnings do you get other then the dash light icon?

I got them without the TPMS. It took awhile for the system to even notice no TPMS.

Now when I start it up the light will blink for a few minutes and then stay solid on the dash .

No chimes, nothing irritating

I have a 2014 SE 3.6 fwiw

I have a 08 R/T and I get the same results from not having TPMS in mine.
