Hey Everyone;

I know the forum is prominently US based, which makes sense. Just wondering if anyone has any info or know of any good garages or dealerships I can talk to about getting some work done and ordering parts. I'm not sure how reliable the shop at my dealership is. They don't seem like the best place to go. (ps. from toronto GTA)

Also like all my posts I add other questions. so here they are:

Cold Air Intake (CAI), Mopar or Big Bully or K&N or any other? & Is there any issues with adding one in, any other adjustments need to be made? (2014 sxt v6)

Resonator delete? Legal in Canada? and without changing tips will it make a difference? I really want to hear that engine rumble noise when idle and a bit louder on revs

welcome to the forums. We'll like you even though you're from Canada, eh.:smile2: I can't talk too bad about you cause my wife's from there as well. There's a few prominent members of the forum from Ontario, so you'll be in good company. I only go there once in a while so I can't help you with any local shops. Just wanted to say hi.

Also, I can't say for sure what CAI is best. I haven't gotten any good answers to that question either. I asked one of the mechanics at the dealership and he said they were all basically the same. You're just buying the name, color and style.

I went with the Afe CAI - ordered it off Speedlogix who is a supporting vendor here.
Be prepared to cough up some dough at the border though if you intend to 'import' it (which is what I did for most of the stuff I wanted).

These are what I use:

1) Custom body work (prep, paint, install etc):
Phoenix Customs: Brampton Auto Body Shop
79 Eastern Av, Brampton, ON L6W 1X9
(905) 457-2552

2) Exhaust:
Zoro Muffler

Don't ask don't tell

Yes

Buy a V8....exhaust and CAI + removing the engine cover will make it feel a bit louder as well.

Shops around here charge around $100 or so to install a CAI.
But you can install a CAI yourself as well if you have 6+8+10mm nut drivers, pliers and screwdrivers.

All the best!

I will second this recommendation. They did the exhaust on my SRT8 and it sounds great.
