Catalyst efficiency , general EVAP system failure
Evap could be something as easy as a gas cap, did you keep engine running while filling up? Although gas cap should come up as small evap leak but who the hell knows what dodge was thinking when they programmed these things.

that isnt a correct post by 430. a 420 is a cat efficiency and the 430 is the other cat. Most of the other low 400 codes are evap codes but these two are specifically cat codes

Here is what PO430 says.

Trouble Code: P0430

Catalyst (2/1) Efficiency Below Normal

Trouble Code Conditions:After engine warm-up, ECT Sensor more than 170ºF for 180 seconds of open throttle operation and over 20 mph (engine between 1200-1700 rpm and MAP vacuum between 15-20 in. Hg). As catalyst efficiency deteriorates, the switch rate of the downstream O2 Senso

Possible Causes:

Exhaust leaks
Base engine problems
Catalytic converter damaged or has failed
Front O2 older (aged) than the rear O2 (O2 is lazy)

I got that code when my cats Failed. I had my cats fail when I installed my cat back. I found pieces of my cats inside my Mufflers. replaced Catylitic converters and Never pulled another code 420 or 430...

I am getting the same code. So what was the result? Where did you take it to get fixed? How did you fix it yourself?

Shake your exhaust and listen if you hear some rattling inside your muffler...
If so take it to dealer and have them check out your Cat. converters...
DCH Dodge changed both of mine under warranty....
