Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade my Chrome Clads (plast-dippped isn't doing it for me anymore) and get a set of 20' 8.5 Niche Targa Wheels for the beast. I know they will fit my stock tires since they are only half an inch wider. But is there anything else I need to know before I pony up the cash for a set here in the next few months? I'll get the Gorilla wheel locks for them, but other than that I'm not really sure on what to double check for when I take it to a shop to get them slapped on. The offsets should be fine, but I've heard things about O-rings as well. The TPMS system should be able to be easily transferred from what I understand.

Any suggestions/tips/or wisdom would be greatly appreciated :bigthumb:

Congratulations on a fine choice in an aftermarket wheel! Niche seems to enjoy a good quality reputation and the Targa design is a refreshing change of pace from the classic 5-spoke or Viper wheels.

By O-ring I assume you mean a hub-centric ring. The center bore on Charger's spindle is 71.6mm. You'll want to have a ring that provides a transition from whatever bore is machined in the Targas to 71.6. This will help stabilize the wheel when torquing the lug nuts and reduce the possibility of vibration.

Sweet wheels man :beerchug:, which color are you getting them on? Saw this pic of black ones and they look awesome, I would go with that or gun metal ones IMO.

Definitely going with the machined black ones since my car is also black. Just a matter of when. Really glad I don't have to buy new rubber for them as well

Thanks! Yea, everyone seems to have Viper Replicas. They're nice, but also very heavy. Which is another reason why I like the Targa's, very close to if not lighter than the OEM wheel. I can't claim too much originality though, my Charger is all blacked out (I'm noticing them more and more in my area) but I figured the Targa's were a nice cross between the Viper wheels and what's coming on the newer SRT Dodge vehicles
