This past week gas gauge wasn't working properly, stuck between half and full. And needle moving quite a bit. Took it to mechanic said I needed a new left side fuel pump. Pump didn't correct problem! I take it back Monday. Before I speak with garage owner, any idea's what could be causing this? Not a lot of info out there. Thanks.

I remember someone else having a similar issue and I told him to try to do the cluster reset procedure. I believe it's in the "How to everything..." thread on here. IIRC, the procedure involves holding the trip odometer reset button as you turn the key to the on position......something like that.

In any case, that may work. Worth a shot! :rocker:
