Today on my 2008 Dodge Charger I noticed my fuel gauge needle when I started the car was resting on the trip meter pin then when I turn the engine off then back on it was a the 1/4 tank mark I turned it off the back on it it was at the half mark it seems to bounce all over the place. Any ideas what could be the problem

Off the top of my head I forget the steps, but look in the "How do I everything" thread for the procedure to reset the cluster. It will run the whole cluster through a series of tests and then reset itself. It may fix your problem!
I did what you said to so far it seems to be fine thank for the help.
Good to hear! :beerchug:
