Can somebody tell me where is the fuel filter located on my 2008 Dodge Charger R/T with a 5.7L HEMI engine??

Hi David:
Dodge is famous for only having the sock style filter on the bottom of the fuel pump. I am not aware of a FF external to the tank. The Chargers have two pumps, a main and secondary. It's a "saddle" style tank, so one on the left and one on the right. Each with its own filter.
